When you are deciding on a name to call your bouncy castle rental company try
and ensure that it begins with a letter close to the beginning of the alphabet
e.g. A or B.
The reason for this is very simple, it will help to ensure that major
publications such as Yellow Pages (in the UK and the USA) who list companies
alphabetically rank your company near the top where it is much more likely to be
seen by potential customers who tend to start at the top and them work
downwards.
Conversely, if your rental company name starts with say a "Z", then you will
get a lot less calls because most of the customers would have already made their
selection of rental company before they get to the Z's.
It is also worth bearing in mind that potential customers are usually too
busy to contact every rental company listed in the Yellow Pages. They tend to
contact the first three or four and then make a decision based on how helpful,
friendly and professional the person taking the call was.
It is also worth bearing in mind that this is generally more important than
the cheapest quote that they received.
