Q1) Do I have to own a bouncy castle or other play inflatable to be eligible to join BouncyCastleOwner.com?

A1) Not necessarily. If you are interested in setting up a bouncy castle rental business in the future and you need more information and more time to make a decision, then you are more than welcome to join this website. In addition, manufacturers of bouncy castles and suppliers of trade accessories etc. are very welcome to join.

Q2) How much are membership fees?

A2) Currently, they are £3.95 per month. There is also the option to pay £37 annually.

By paying annually (as opposed to monthly) there is a yearly saving of £10 (which equates to more than two free months of membership!)

Q3) Am I locked into any contracts or commitments if I subscribe?

A3) Absolutely not! There is no contract, no commitment and no strings. You can cancel at any time. Although we would naturally hope that you would remain a member for many years, in order to benefit from the ever increasing wealth of information (e.g. new articles added to the members area and new postings added to the forum).

Q4) I live outside of the United Kingdom (UK). Can I still join?

A4) Yes of course we welcome members from all over Europe, North and South America and ever further afield such as Australia and New Zealand.

Q5) I live in a non-English speaking country, and have some problems understanding the English used on your website. Will it be translated into other languages?

A5) Yes, we are looking to do this in the near future.

Q6) I have heard of the PIPA scheme in the UK. Is it law?

A6) No. However, PIPA is "best practice" for the annual testing of bouncy castles and other inflatables that people either bounce on or slide on. For more information -- please click on: www.pipa.org.uk

Q7) Who is behind BouncyCastleOwner.com

A7) BouncyCastleOwner.com is an independently published website owned and operated by Mark Jerram of the BIHA www.biha.org.uk and also Nick James www.nick-james.com/4success of Power-Tech Associates Ltd. Based in Reading, Berkshire, UK. We also have a panel of experienced owners of bouncy castles & play inflatables, manufacturers & suppliers.  And in addition, regularly call on the knowledge and advice of leading industry figures to contribute towards the articles, content and advice provided on this site. We also co-ordinate with various trade associations and professional bodies.

Q8) Will the website feature other opportunities of earning additional income from other rental products?

A8) Yes, absolutely. Although renting out bouncy castles can be very lucrative, it can be quite seasonal, so this website will look at other similar ways to make money which are perhaps less seasonal.
