How to easily get reviews from your customers

Don't forget to ask for a review or testimonial from your satisfied customers when the booking has gone well. This can be either verbal (and you write it down) or written/emailed by your customer directly to you and then you add it to your website when you get a chance (or get your webmaster to do it for you).

Your prospective customers will usually feel happier booking with you for the first time if they see lots of rave reviews on your website, flyers and other promotional materials. Even better if you can include a photo of your customer giving you a review. Or even better still - a 30 second video of your customer saying a few positive words in front of your inflatable - shot on your iPhone or other smart phone device and then uploaded to Youtube, and then onto your website. (More genuine reviews = more bookings)
